About Winery
About us
Our winery was born from a shared friendship and passion for wine. A common vision to merge Moravian wine traditions with Slovak soil led us to the charming region of Vráble, south-western Slovakia, renowned for its historic vineyards and exceptional wines. Here, we have chosen to continue this legacy, creating a place where wine enthusiasts can explore the richness of local varietals.
Respect for Nature
We cultivate 36 hectares of organic vineyards with a commitment to respecting nature. Situated in and around Vráble, our vineyards feature local varieties like Dunaj and Devín, alongside renowned international ones such as Sauvignon, Semillon, and Burgundy. We also collaborate with local winegrowers to support the growth of the Vráble wine industry.
Innovative Wine Production
Our state-of-the-art winery seamlessly blends tradition with innovation, from its architecture to its wine production techniques. Using gravity-based grape processing, we aim to preserve the natural essence of the fruit while minimising sulphur use. Our meticulously designed cellars provide optimal conditions for wine maturation throughout the year.
Sustainability in Every Step
Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, from environmentally friendly grape cultivation and energy conservation to rainwater utilisation and green roofs. After five years of patient work, all our vineyards are now certified according to strict European organic farming standards, guaranteeing the highest quality of grapes. Our winery is a place where premium wine meets sustainability, with every bottle reflecting the unique character of Slovak viticulture.
